Dear Sir,
We had a word with Mr. Sunil on 01.06.2012 and enquired about professional courier. He said we have service to Bangalore. Our boy handed over a courier on 01.06.2012 but they gave the receipt of GSM courier vide courier no. 103458530 instead of Professional courier and when we checked the status of the courier, booking date came 02.06.2012 instead of 01.06.2012.
We sufferred a lot with this kind of negligency. explain why it happened?????????
